Our Products
We create premium, ready-to-bake cookie dough designed to turn everyday moments into something special.
Because of the nature of our products:
- Availability may vary
- Small variations in appearance may occur
- All products are subject to stock
Placing an Order
When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
This confirms we’ve received it, not that it’s been accepted.
Your order is confirmed once it has been dispatched.
If something isn’t quite right (pricing error, stock issue), we’ll let you know and refund you if needed.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in GBP (£)
- VAT is included where applicable
- Payment is taken at checkout
We use secure, trusted payment providers to process your order.
Delivery
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.
Delivery times are shown at checkout.
They are estimates, not guarantees.
Once your order has been delivered to your chosen address, it becomes your responsibility.
Important: Perishable Products
Our products are perishable and require proper care.
To ensure quality:
- Orders should be received on first delivery attempt
- Products should be unpacked promptly
- Storage instructions must be followed
We’re unable to take responsibility for:
- Missed deliveries
- Delays outside our control
- Incorrect storage after delivery
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are perishable, we don’t accept returns.
However, if something isn’t right, we will always put it right.
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- Your order arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong item
- There is a genuine quality issue

Include your order number and, where possible, a photo.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Our products may contain allergens including milk, eggs, gluten, and nuts.

If you have allergies, please check carefully before ordering.
Promotions
From time to time, we may offer promotions or discount codes.
- These must be applied at checkout
- Only one code may be used per order unless stated otherwise
- We may withdraw promotions at any time
